Privacy Policy

Introduction and overview

We have drafted this privacy policy (version 2026-04-19) to explain to you, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable national laws, which personal data (hereinafter "data") we as the data controller – and the processors we engage (e.g. providers) – process, will process in the future, and what legal options you have.

In short: We inform you comprehensively about the data we process about you.

Scope

This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by us within the company and to all personal data processed by companies commissioned by us (processors). The scope of this privacy policy includes:

  • all online presences (websites, online shops) that we operate
  • social media presences and e-mail communication

Legal bases

We only process your data if at least one of the following conditions applies:

  1. Consent (Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR): You have given us your consent to process data for a specific purpose.
  2. Contract (Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR): To fulfil a contract or pre-contractual obligations with you, we process your data.
  3. Legal obligation (Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR): If we are subject to a legal obligation, we process your data.
  4. Legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR): In the case of legitimate interests that do not restrict your fundamental rights, we reserve the right to process personal data.

In addition to the EU Regulation, the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) applies.

If you have any questions about data protection or the processing of personal data, you will find the contact details of the responsible person or entity below:

Storage period

The general criterion for us is that we only store personal data for as long as is absolutely necessary for the provision of our services and products. This means that we delete personal data as soon as the reason for processing the data no longer exists.

If you wish to have your data deleted or revoke your consent to data processing, the data will be deleted as quickly as possible and provided there is no obligation to store it.

Security of data processing

To protect personal data, we have implemented both technical and organisational measures. Where possible, we encrypt or pseudonymise personal data.

TLS encryption with https

We use HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) to transmit data securely on the internet. This means that the entire transmission of all data from your browser to our web server is protected – no one can "listen in".

Web hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located exclusively in Germany (EU). A data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM.

On our behalf, the host processes technically necessary data (including access metadata, see section "Server log files") to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website.

Privacy information of the host: all-inkl.com/datenschutzerklaerung/

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of our online offering).

Server log files

When our website is accessed, our web host automatically records data in so-called server log files. These include:

  • IP address of the requesting device (fully anonymised – the entire IP address is set to 0.0.0.0 before storage, so no personal reference can be established)
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the requested file
  • website from which the access was made (referrer)
  • browser and operating system used
  • HTTP status code and amount of data transferred

This data is collected exclusively to ensure smooth operation, error analysis and to prevent abuse or attacks. It is not merged with other data sources or passed on to third parties. Log files are automatically overwritten after no more than 14 days.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional and secure web presence).

Analytics & Session Replay (Umami)

For the statistical evaluation and usability improvement of our website, we use the open-source analytics software Umami, which we self-host on our own server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, EU). No data is transferred to third parties.

Umami does not set any cookies and stores no data on your device (neither local storage nor session storage) — all collected data is transmitted directly to our analytics server.

The analytics component records:

  • pages visited and time of access
  • referring website (referrer)
  • anonymised browser and device data (user-agent, viewport size, language, operating system, timezone)
  • a technical session identifier that is hashed server-side from IP address, user-agent and a daily-rotating salt; the identifier does not allow any inference about the person and expires after at most 24 hours

Session replay: In addition, we record interactions with our website (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, DOM changes) to identify usability issues. Recording ends automatically after no more than 5 minutes per session. Entries in form fields are automatically masked with placeholders (*****) and are not visible to us. Recordings are used exclusively for technical analysis and are automatically deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

Objection: You may object to the collection at any time by using a tracking blocker (e.g. uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger) or your browser's built-in tracking protection.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly, needs-based design and statistical evaluation of our website).

Communication

When you contact us and communicate by phone, e-mail or online form, personal data may be processed. The data will be processed for handling and processing your query and the related business transaction.

Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent), Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract), Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser (neither local storage nor session storage). A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Map display (CARTO / OpenStreetMap)

Our contact page includes an interactive map. The map is only loaded after you actively click the "Load map" button – no data is transmitted to third parties before that. By clicking, you consent to the loading of map data from CARTO Inc. (Spain/USA) and the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Your IP address is transmitted to these providers in the process.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).
